The Notary is entrusted with high and important functions and with grave, extensive duties. The notary is charged with the solemn preparation of all juridical acts. The notary’s responsibility is as high as his trust! He or she must faithfully perform all of the duties of the office of Notary and is held accountable for any dereliction of duty. Stork v.
